What color are your note cards? TOP
All note cards (both flat and folded) come in white 80 lb. card stock. Since all computers and monitors are different, the colors you see on your screen may vary SLIGHTLY from what is printed on my end.
All cards come with matching white 70 lb. envelopes.
If you desire your cards to be printed on RECYCLED stock, please let me know when ordering. A small additional fee is applied.
What size are the cards? TOP
All cards measure 4 1/4 " X 5 1/2". All corresponding envelopes measure 4 3/8" X 5 3/4".
How do the cards come packaged? TOP
Cards of any design (folded or flat) are sold in sets of 10 and include matching envelopes.
How do your address labels come packaged? TOP
Address labels are sold in sets of 30. (There are 30 labels to a sheet.)
How do your enclosure cards come packaged? TOP
Enclosure cards are sold in sets of either 30 or 50 and matching mini envelopes are included.
How do your stickers come packaged? TOP
Stickers are sold in sets of 12. (There are 12 self-adhesive tags to a sheet).
Can I see a proof of my order prior to printing? TOP
Yes, we email all proofs to our customers prior to printing.
Please note that if I feel there is a question or issue with what you ordered, I will contact you directly prior to printing.
How do I pay for my order? TOP
NoteWorthy Paper accepts PayPal and you can pay by credit card through the PayPal system. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
We do not accept personal checks (unless I am exhibiting at a home show or local event).
Do you charge for shipping? TOP
All standard shipping orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service, usually via 2-3 day Priority Mail. My U.S. shipping rates start at $7.95 and then vary based on the order size. All shipping charges are calculated automatically upon check out.
Overnight shipping is available and typically ranges between $30-$40.
All orders over $100.00 are shipped FREE of charge.
Local Alpharetta/Roswell, GA residents can choose Customer Pick-Up upon check out and won't be charged for shipping when picking up the order directly from me.
International orders: Shipping is available at an extra charge. Please email to me the items you are interested in and your address for a shipping quote.
Do I have to pay sales tax? TOP
By law NoteWorthy Paper, Inc. is required to collect sales tax on all orders being shipped to addresses within the state of Georgia.
Orders shipped to all other states in the U.S. are exempt from sales tax.
What if I need to make a change to my order? TOP
If you notice a change shortly after you place the order, please email me immediately and let me know and I can accommodate your request as long as the order has not been processed on my end.
If the order has already been processed on my end, then changes cannot be made unless you reorder the product.
How long will it take to get my order? TOP
The current turn-around time is 3-4 business days from receipt of order for processing your order. Once processed and the final proof is approved, your order will ship via Priority Mail which is usually 2-3 days.
If I need a little extra time for special orders or requests, I will contact you directly to discuss lead-times.
If you are in a hurry and need your item there quickly, we can ship overnight for a fee. Typically overnight delivery ranges anywhere from $30-$45.
Do you have a return policy? TOP
Since all items are personalized for you, all sales are considered final. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order. If there is an error that occurred on my end, I will gladly correct the item/mistake and a new corrected product will be shipped out as quickly as possible to you.
Do you create custom invitations? TOP
Yes, we would love to design custom invitations for you. Our invitations range in size and are typically 4x6 or 8.5 x 5.5. Our invitations are $1.10 each and that includes the envelopes.
We charge an upfront design fee of $15 for any new design that is not currently in our database or on our site and $5 per round of revisions until the final proof is approved.
